{yarn wreath DIY}

I know...by now if you use Pinterest or read crafty blogs at all you know how to make a yarn wreath. But just in case you don't, here are my super simple steps...

I started out with a winter white yarn wreath I made a few years ago, some pretty teal yarn, some DIY felt flowers {tutorial found here!} and three felt and button flowers I threw together with scraps I had leftover from my shop...

I took the teal yarn and wrapped three approximately four inch sections. Then I arranged my flowers and used my hot glue gun to attach everything...

Easy peasy! I didn't even sew the button flowers together before I attached them...just hot glued each layer right onto the wreath.

I love how it looks hanging over our fireplace mantel and I also love how the colors compliment the fun fabric on our dining room chairs.

The best part is that I think I'll be able to transition it into the Christmas holiday as well. I love a multi-tasker!
