With my birthday quickly approaching {celebrating 30 for the 4th year in a row ;)}, I've been making a bit of a wish list. And it doesn't matter how many pieces of jewelry I have, I always find myself pinning and bookmarking necklaces, bracelets and earrings that catch my eye. And with my frugal eye, they are usually budget friendly pieces.
