I'm really excited today to be linking up with the ladies over at the Influence Network for the Influential Women link-up!
I recently joined this inspiring group of women, and really hope that I'll be able to join them this fall for the Influence Conference. The purpose of this link-up is for the women in the network to get to know each other better, by sharing a favorite photo of ourselves that we love, three get-to-know-me things, and something we've learned from being a part of the network.
So here we go...
For me, it is really refreshing and to see a group of women who are encouraging each other instead of judging...pushing each other to improve themselves and live better lives. Women can so easily fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to each other and finding ways to compete, so I'm very excited to have found this network of ladies that does just the opposite!

I know too many Barry Manilow songs. I'll definitely have to sing that one to you when I meet you at the conference. ;)
cute pic! my three things could be exactly the same as yours! haha. especially the barry manilow song and fear of heights!
hi Mandy, it's nice to meet you! welcome to the influence network. I am with you on the sweet tooth, but I love heights! :)
"...but I sent you awaaaay, ohhhh Mandy!" My momma listened to that song too!
I hope I'm around when Moriah is singing to you because I don't know what song it is! :)
Can't wait to hear your voice in the forums and get to know ya, and meet ya in the fall.
I wanted to change my name to Mandy... very true and sad story. Well, Mandi... because I could then dot the "i" with a heart.
Not because of the song, but because my name was hard to spell and pronounce and kids would make songs with it... not the Barry Manilow kind!
You photo makes me want a cute hat. Hi.
Me too with sweet tooth and heights. Love the hat. :)
And i totally agree about influence.
I have a sweet tooth too! It's a problem, haha. What Barry Manilow song were you named after?
