So we all know that blogging is a great way to write down our thoughts and ideas, share photos of our family and crafty projects. It is also a great way to connect with "friends" who can relate to your life in some way.
And I think most of us bloggers would be lying if we didn't say that we love getting comments. I know that I have a lot of lurkers out there (thanks sitemeter!) and I'm just curious why you visit This Girl's Life.
I've met lots of friends online through The Nest, scrapbooking communities and other places, and I'm curious how you found me.
Soooo....how about you come out of the blog closet and do me two favors...
1. Tell me how you found me and why you visit This Girl's Life
2. Ask me a question! Anything - well....within reason, right? :)
I would love to hear from my lurkers (and regulars) out there! (there have already been 370 of you this week!)
I'll post and answer everyone's questions later this week!

I'm not sure how I found your blog, but I enjoy your pictures and your honesty about life. It's simple and refreshing.
(First time commenter - whoo hoo!)
I found your blog through your blog on myspace! I love seeing pictures of your kids...they are so handsome!
I like to keep up with what my nephews and you are up to. I sure hope we can see you soon.
I found your blog via Dusty of All Things G&D. I have been reading her blog for almost a year now. I stumbled onto your blog the day you wrote the post about being a working mom and it just captivated me because I often feel the same way. I keep reading because I love your honest approach in your posts and it doesn't hurt that your boys are ADORABLE!!
i'm pretty sure i found your blog through a comment you made on another blog i read, though i can't remember which one :) i must admit, i've been reading for a while, since before your sons were born.
i started reading because your family is adorable and i enjoy your sense of style, and now that i am also a new mom, i find i enjoy reading about the lives of other families, similar to my own.
it's a bit of a relief to come out of lurking!
I am pretty sure I found you through ScrapInStyle. I love seeing your home decor stuff and reading your thoughts on life. :-)
Do you find much time to scrapbook these days?
-Karin
I've been co-horting with you since the days of Your Home on The KNOT! Ha! Remember waaaaaaaaay back then!? LOL
PS - I'm totally stealing this idea from you and posting it on my blog tomorrow! =o)
I'm from the Nest. I remember you from back in the Your Home days. :-) I love reading your blog. Will you have any more children?
I am pretty sure I came across your blog from either G&D or Unskinny Boppy. Your boys are so cute and I like your style!
I came across your blog through Hamlett Daily Dose. I love looking at your pictures and reading about your crazy life.
I have a blog also and fing blogging very addicting!
What is your favorite part about Thanksgiving?
Also from The Knot! =)
I'm wondering if you have continued doing/finished the 30 day Shred. When you posted about it, I was also feeling a bit in the dumps about my body. I went out and bought, and couldn't believe how incredible and confident it quickly made me feel. Thanks for the tip!
Hey it's me .. you know I'm a reader/follower of your blog! I love you, your attitude and freshness to life. We met on the Knot like forever ago!
My question was already taken, wondering if you plan to have more children.
Hi
I think I found your blog through G&D, but I too remember you from the YH days back on the knot/nest. I had a son back in Feb08, so I enjoy reading about the trials/tribulations and joys of motherhood you share with your readers!
I'm with the above poster, will you have any more children?
What type of work do you do?
How do you find time to "do it all"? I know you write sometimes that it's hard, but any tips?
Hey MB! You already know I read your blog. :-)
Here's my question-- what's your favorite book?
Ha! I love the lurkers, too - but they never leave comments! Frustrating...
1. I found you via the Nest, and then Flickr.
2. Hmmm, a question . . . what kind of camera are you using these days?
I "met" you on the nest, on the YNH board quite a long time ago. I stopped visiting the nest but went back probably 2 years ago when I left work to sah. I ran across a post of your's on the decorating board and I think that's where I found your blog link? Anyway I always loved your style and creativity and your passion for things. I admire how you still take care of YOU while caring for your family...something I fail to do but am slowly trying to regain ME through crafting etc. Love your blog!
I too found you on The Nest and have been reading your blog for a few years! I enjoy reading about your life, home and boys.
I read your blog because you always tell like it is, your boys are adorable and thriving, and you are an inspiration to other moms who are stuggling with that balancing act of work/home :) I got here from the nest of course :)
My question to you is: describe what your perfect day would be.
I'm late! I forget how I found your blog, it was when you were prego's, like right after your shower (I loved the pea's in the pod idea). I saw so many similaries between us (I have a Dan, we've been together since Dec of 99, I'm 30) and when you were all pregnant I was seriously thinking about getting pregnant as well. I didn't but I still toss the idea around. I've been a lurker ever since...your blog is a site that I visit regularly, like postsecret and etsy. I really apprecaite when you're honest about the things you go through, like the hardships of being a mom when everyone always makes it out to be 24/7 awesome. It's made me realize that I have to expect more then that should my Dan and I decide to do it. I have no ?'s right now, I'll just enjoy you writing the answers to others. Keep up the blog cause even though we've never met I'm interested in your life...that sounds weird, but it's true! twitter.com/InternJessica www.myspace.com/msjessicabrandy
I'm a little late (story of my life :) but thought I'd de-lurk anyway. I have been reading your blog for what seems like ever, and I really enjoy it. I originally found it through someone else's scrapbooking blog, but for the life of me, I couldn't tell you who it was. So, here I am, just saying "Hi!" I won't ask a question since you already posted them. :)
